You may know me as a producer, DJ, rapper, TV personality, or the King of Crunk
But I'm also someone who meditates a lot
I meditate regularly because it helps me focus my attention, find balance, and restore my health
And maybe meditation can be helpful to you, too
Whether you're new to meditation or a vet, I believe you'll find something new and helpful on these tracks
Kabir Sehgal and I have remixed some of my biggest productions as meditations
Instead of turning up the volume and getting crazy, we're doing the opposite
Slowing things down, filtering out extra layers, finding the right frequencies, working with binaural sounds, and the healing sounds of nature
We're creating meditation music with a familiar vibe

Observe your body

This meditation can be used to help you get low and connect to the earth
What I'm talking about is grounding
Earth has important nutrients and elements that can help replenish us and refuel us
Everything here on planet earth is connected
We are part of the ecosystem, not outside it or above it, we are in it
Let's start by focusing on your feet
You can close your eyes and imagine them touching the ground
Or you can look at them and feel the sensation of the ground against your soles
Feel the spaces between your toes
Feel where you are on the earth and feel its weight pressing down on you
Feel the sunshine on your skin charging you up, warming you up with that natural energy (Feel the energy)
Say to yourself, "Three, six, nine" (Three, six, nine)

Wanting things is a part of being alive
