If you're feeling stressed out or your life is just a little out of whack, it may be time to take a deep breath, relax, and say "yeah" to life
That's right, say "yeah" to life
Say "okay" to the universe
You can do this
From right here in Atlanta to wherever you are, just breathe in, breathe out
Now let go of the stress and tension in your body as you exhale
We can decide to chill
We can decide to take it easy
We can decide to relax (Yeah, yeah)
I want you to envision all of the good that's in your life right now (Yeah)
Maybe you're about to get married
Maybe you just got a promotion at work
Maybe you got an unexpected gift from someone who cares about you
All these things are great reasons to say "yeah" to life
Notice how your body feels when you do this?
How does it feel physically?
Emotionally (Emotionally), mentally (Mentally)
So let's make this a good day
Let's all say "yeah" together
Yeah (Yeah, let's go)
There are so many things happening in the world right now, and it's easy to get caught up in all of it
The bad news, the drama, the spectacle
We forget what's important
But with meditation, we have to take a chance, even if we don't know where it's going to lead
Because meditation is an investment in yourself
Say to yourself, "How do you like me now?" (How do you like me now?)
Take that (Take that), rewind it back (Rewind it back)
Now you have the power to make yourself happy
When you feel like the time is right, open your eyes and say "yeah" (Yeah, yeah, yeah)
